Pureology/Kirkland Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner

I've been told that the Pureology/Kirkland Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner (purple bottles) are sulfate free but have small amounts of protein in them. Anyone try these that are protein sensitive?

Also, anyone try shampoo-ing and conditioning with protein products and then styling with protein free? Any luck?
