Need Help finding Leave in Conditioner..

I'm figuring out that my hair is exceptionally picky since it's very protein sensitive and I also believe I'm low porosity. I thought I had finally found products that worked but they either got reformulated or the quality of the product changed so much that it did nothing for my hair anymore

I was hoping for some recommendations for a leave in conditioner without any protein, coconut oil, aloe vera (juice or extract) and avocado oil. Products with any of these ingredients always leave my hair dry and brittle and that even includes Tresseme Naturals Moisture condish! On top of all this, my hair hates cones and products with butters high on their list weigh down my hair easily. *sigh* I'm just happy that I've figured my hair out though!

Just in case someone recommends it, I thought I had discovered a good leave in with Qhemet's Detangling Ghee but every new bottle I buy, the product gets more watered down and less moisturizing. The last bottle I got was completely useless and I'm not buying it again as it's just too expensive to take chances with. I'm really bummed about this.

So PLEASE, I'd love to hear any products you can think of that are devoid of all the ingredients I listed above. Thanks so much for all your help!!!

Did you try reading this thread? There's loads of LI suggestions in it...however, you will have to use the "product review" filter (on the left side, going down the page, on the product review page) to filter things you don't want yourself...hth. :)

Finer, mixed with coarser strands, low-porosity, wavy curly whirly hair...3A, 2C hair. Medium thickness, medium elasticity.
S-shaped hair with corkscrew ends. My hair is even more confused than me ;p
My hair officially hates protein ;) Once a month is enough!
Currently a fan of TiGi products, (rock on, TiGi Curlesque styling creme!) but that will soon change - I am a self-avowed product junkie! Yay! :D
BIG fan of supersoaker method - thanks Rudeechick!

Thanks! I'll check out the products recommended in that thread. I've looked through ALOT of products but I see there are a few brands/products i've never heard of on there.

I've already tried using the product search but it's not much help. Even when I search for protein free most still have Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil. I can find protein free products fairly easily enough, beyond that to AV, coconut oil free....crickets.

I was also just wondering why you don't use your normal, rinse-out hair condish as your LI, as well...? Loads of curlies do that...If you water it down and put it in a spray bottle, it should work just like a leave-in... ;)

My DC/RO is the same conditioner and it's pretty much what I do now because I have no other choice but it's not that great as a leave in. It leaves a gooey film after a couple of days that just coats my hair so I now have to shampoo more frequently...it's an awesome DC/RO though...it's the only DC i've been able to find that my hair likes. It's the one I spoke of that got reformulated recently.
