Whatever body runs elections in Florida needs to be punched in the face. For real.

People still vote on Election Day?

I'm not nervous. I don't like either of these people.

Can someone explain this to me: As I check, Wisconsin is showing Obama with 35,854 votes, and Romney with 37,945, but it was just called as a victory for Obama. How can they call it with that few of votes reported and Romney leading?

Thank goodness McCaskill is beating Akin in my state.

^Not surprisingly, my friend who is a Republican (though he refuses to fully accept the label even if it's obvious) saw her mentioned the other day and said how she's "a *******". Like, what does that make Scott Brown then? It amazes me how clearly as a woman I can see the sexism and the misogyny behind so much of the criticism tossed at women, and a men are just on such a different plane altogether that it never factors in.

I think it has to do with which precincts have reported rather that the total number of votes

Thank you, African-American/black voters for getting up and going out to vote. It's great that we came out and exercised our inherent power as a community. Our votes DO matter.

But don't vote against gay marriage! If it doesn't pass in Maryland I'm going to have to choke someone.

How about those black voters who voted for Romney?

Ohio's senate seat is called for Sherrod Brown. That is a bad sign for Romney - Ohio is leaning blue at this moment.

This is so nerve racking! More so because the network that i"m captioning-- CBS-- leans right and so they're STILL looking for a way to make everything seem like it's going in Romney's favor.

Looking good at 8%. Let's hope it holds. Glad to see Maine and Minnesota have some sense, too.

Nope, a "No" vote it what we want!

I think it's vote yes to change the constitution to deny same sex marriage in MN.

It is confusing, but maybe that was the idea.

Why is there such a difference between CNN (R-158/O-143) and HP (R-154/O-158 )?
