I just don't know what to do with my hair!

Hi! I'm new in this site. I'm from Venezuela so sorry if my english is not so good.

I have curly hair (like all of us!) and my hair is not so long (I'm posting a picture of myself) 541247_421992204515042_325691490_n.jpg I'm a fake redhead, and I love my hair but lately it's driving me crazy, I have hair always in my face and I can't see, when the weather is hot I feel uncomfortable and I always have to move my hair with my hand so people can see my face, haha. I'm thinking of cutting it but the idea is not so pleasent, I'm searching for hairstyles or any kind of advice you can give me. It's making me soooo crazy but I love it!.

Pretty Loo :) have you tried using a hairband, a scarf wrapped round it, or some hair combs or barrettes? You can also use hair clips while your hair is drying - slide them into the parts of your hair by your face, right at the roots, and let it dry that way. It does help pull the hair away. Or you can gel your hair, then pull that hair by your ears over your fingers to curl it back, and blowdry just that one spot while your fingers are holding/curling it back...

Your hair is lovely, it will be easier to manage when it gets longer ;) really! I have been there, I know how frustrating it can be. Good luck, hope that advice helps!

ETA: Try checking out some curly girl youtube videos on hair styles - you can start with waterlily716, she has loads, and from there link on to other curly girl hair style vidoes...
Finer, mixed with coarser strands, low-porosity, wavy curly whirly hair...3A, 2C hair. Medium thickness, medium elasticity.
S-shaped hair with corkscrew ends. My hair is even more confused than me ;p
My hair officially hates protein ;) Once a month is enough!
Currently a fan of TiGi products, (rock on, TiGi Curlesque styling creme!) but that will soon change - I am a self-avowed product junkie! Yay! :D
BIG fan of supersoaker method - thanks Rudeechick!

Thanks Maddy! I've tried hair combs and barrettes, and it kind of work at the time, but then I felt bored because I have no creativity using hair combs, hahaha and I always put them on the same way. Hairbands sound like a good idea!.

Belive it or not, that picture is not so old but I feel like my hair has grown a lot, and I like it like this but since I was 15 (I'm 22) I always had my hair short, like a little afro, and now with the hair like this I just don't know how to handle it, but all your advices are reaaaaaaaally helpfull! I will try them all and I will watch the youtube channel!.

I will follow your advices and tell you how that worked for me!. With pictures and all!.

Thaaaaaaaank you very much! (and thanks for the compliment about my hair :) )
