    hair likes: garnier pure clean conditioner, v05, water & olive oil...that's literally it. so far...
    four fat braids every night; moisturize or spray w/ water, seal w/ EVOO every other night.

    I received my items yesterday. I ordered on Black Friday and it shipped exactly 2 weeks to the date.


    Everything smells good from opening. I wish I had ordered a full size hair kit though, not sure if these samples will give me an idea of the products .

    I'm in the same boat, the samples are too small. I used up that small cowash cube and it really didn't provide much slip.
    The carrot mango poo bar was amazing though, lathered up nicely.

    I also used the raspberry ganache deep conditioner and LOVED it. Definitely a repurchase.

    I've had my eye on her products for awhile now but unfortunately, I have too many products at the moment to even think about buying anything else. Once I clean my stash and have some money saved up (hopefully there will be a sale) then I'm definitely trying them out.

    Honestly speaking, some of these owners behind indie brands of natural hair/skin products fail to realize: "Customer Service" is EVERYTHING to their name and reputation. I've made a purchase to this company in the past and it's unfortunate because I truly like what I've tried...but I gotta say C&C shall not get another dime from me. The lack of communication after a person has invested money (e-mail after e-mail) hell even an updated stat on a package along with a shipping confirmation would be nice. Its crazy when one gets a flash back then says "oh yeah, I did place an order" 0_o ...feels like I made my purchase donkey months ago and I'm still waiting ...and this isn't even holiday season. The lack of engagement with the customer is soooo blah blah feeling...you ask a question, your lucky if you get an answer back...and if you do it's a "one answer" straight to the point drop. And for the love of God, if I hear "I did reply to your email, check your junk box" one more time...i'm gonna vomit!!! Man get it together over there...
    I've read posts of ppl complaining on another forum and FB during BF about the lack of communication, the LONG wait and lack of customer service. Im a very patient person but gah-lee this is ridiculous. KEEPING your customers INFORMED is key. Like ,are you not grateful that you have ppl supporting you? Especially when our monies can be spent else where...and trust and believe I spent a good amount.

    Top notch service I always get from Oyin, Darcy's and Bobeam etc. Some of you may whole heartedly agree...I don't ask for above and beyond, just the basics.
    I refuse to spend where I nor my dollar is respected. I have choices and I surely will use them! #lessonlearned 😒

    She sent me my tracking info Tuesday morning, sent an email Tuesday night saying she was packing my order... Then I emailed her Wednesday and she said it shipped.. But my tracking info has yet to update.

    So Victoria told me she shipped my package on the 23rd.... No movement on the tracking info... I opened a PayPal dispute and what do you know? My package was shipped today.. She's a lying piece of work, who clearly doesn't know how to run a business. Don't order from her. Poor customer service is sad and lying to customers is disrespectful... And shows how much she really cares

    Yes she very much is a BLATANT one. I emailed her on the 22nd and she has yet to reply to that one soooooo...I contacted her via her web site contact email today (the 28th) inquiring of my order. Because on the 17th she sent me an email saying she would send me my tracking info that Saturday. Well that Saturday came and went, didn't hear from her. Well magically today she replied and stated that the supplier she was waiting for didn't come through so she had to go with someone else!!! That's why there was a delay...umm excuse me, so why send me an email stating you will send it out on the 18th and then will send me my tracking info on the 19th...but I get you today and you tell me this "banana in the tailpipe story" of how you still have my order and it's going out today! So let me get this right?, I send you my money for ME to run YOU down as if your supplying me goods & doing me a favor for free? She's wise in her OWN EYES...Oh gosh she should be ashamed...

    I had this same issue with Darcy's botanicals telling me oh your products are shipping today and it wasnt even postmarked till 2 wks later! I enjoyed the shampoo bar sample I got in my curlkit from cream and coco but if this is how they treat their customers I won't be purchasing just like I will never order form Darcy's botanicals again. The best costumer service I have had so far is from sisters keeper .

    Well there you have it, we all can share a thing or two of diff companies and their shady tactics. But this right here is the worst I've seen it...the replies are so nonchalant as if she doesn't see what we see! On FB ppl have posted "answer your email" and "I'd like my package status info"...
    Questions like these shouldn't have to be sent to your social network site for the masses to see. How often will you get this from your customers before you fix it? Buyer beware... #justsaying

I've never tried her stuff but I had considered it till I saw your thread. Customer service is so important when anybody has internet access and can spread their views to thousands in a day.

    Everybody has different customer service experiences though. Customer service is something that you have to experience for yourself. Case and point, I've never EVER has an issue with this line at all OR Darcy's. But some people on here did.
