Home made recipes on shampoo-free head.

Hello!... and HeLp!!

I am in favor of natural home made treatments on my hair (recipes as Avocado-Mayonaise, Olive Oil-Vanilla etc), but I wonder how to clarify these kind of conditioners since I am using CG-method.

I haven't read the book yet, at least, I dont own the book and have just gone over it, but I have been reading A LOT and DAILY since last April, transitioned, decided to give the method a try, so I big-chopped 2 days ago.

I would like to try some recipes but I dont know how difficult to rinse they will get with only conditioner. Before using CG, olive oil was SO DIFFICULT to take off my hair, I am thinking if it is a good idea to put it in my head.

I appreciate your feedbacks.

You can try different rinses and treatments. Tea rinses, aloe vera juice, vinegar rinses, honey rinses, oil rinses (may be hard to remove), coconut milk, and more.
