CJ CCCC lite vs. other Curl Creams

I get frizzy hair from CJ CCCC lite. Now I am thinking about ordering some styling products from Marie Dean. As there are many people loving CJ CCCC lite I thought this should be more or less foolproof. Do you think that there is a chance that I can get other styling creams working on my hair? Has anybody experienced getting frizzy hair with CJ CCCC (lite) while other creams worked really well?

My problem with CCCC-lite and many other products are the polyquats. I use plenty of other products without polyquats with no problems.

Is there a list of polyquat-free products somewhere??
3a/and that one odd straight hair! Medium iii. Low porosity. Likes protein once in a blue moon, but only followed by moisture. Hates glycerin.

I'm unaware of one. I just skim the ingredients.

I didn't really get frizzy hair, I just get limp hair with CCCC lite for some reason. Have you tried MD products yet? They are very rich and a little heavy for my hair.

kathymack sells samples of many different products, including several MD products. Here is a link to her fotki:

If you do go the sample route (and I highly recommend this for the MD products), I'd also pick up Curly Kinks Coil Jam. It is creamy but thicker than the CCCC lite.
Coarse texture, normal-high porosity, normal elasticity (Komaza Care), very weak waves
cleanser: Redken Fresh Curls Shampoo, CJ Daily Fix

rinse out: GVP Conditioning Balm, CJ Beauticurls, CJ Smoothing

    jellies/creams: CR Curl Maker, KCCC
gels: CJ CQ, CJ Pattern Pusha, BRHG

Thank you for your inputs! I'm going to check the ingredients of my working- and not-working-products. Hopefully I can identify the polyquats as my 'enemy'...
As I can use my DT's as LI although my hair is fine I don't think that I should have any troubles with heavy products. Or do you think MD is even heavier than for example JC DT?
How is the KCCC working for you? It makes my hair kind of dry even with using a LI (not KCKT which is way too light for me). Curly Kinks looks interesting, also the Satin Roots. How heavy is it in comparison with the mentioned products?
