Honest Opinions Please!(Long Post)

in Hair Type 4
About 3 months ago we moved from a very humid climate to a dry one. Lately it's been humid here but since fall is coming it's going back to dry again.
To top that off we also have hard water but I got a filter and my hair is alot better.
Despite the climate being dry, I do notice significant growth in my hair so I must be doing something right.
I have to be more careful about using certain products here more than in the humid climate.
Normally I would wash with Apple Cider Vinegar to Clarify(once a month) , then I would use Giovanni Deep Moisture as a leave in but use the Nourish Spa as a detangling conditioner. That seems to work.
But I got even less hair coming out when I use the Moisture milk VO5 instead of the Apple Cider.
Then my leae in is Oyin Handmade Hair Dew then sealed with a mixture of Shea Butter and Coconut oil.
Anyways, my question is, am I being too rough on my hair?
this is my hair after getting out of the shower

This was my hair Saturday night when I co-washed, not a significant amount of hair came out which is good:

Then this is my hair after applying a leave in and putting them in twist so my hair could dry while stretched, as you can see, almost no hair lost:

This one was last night(Tuesday) when I detangled and styled my hair. I spritzed with water and used a little Hair Dew and Shea Butter. My hair didn't break at all, these are shed hair pieces.

For the last pic, is this normal hair shedding when detangling after a few days? My hair is still just as thick, but no matter how much I stretch my hair, after after a couple of days, my shed hair always gets caught in my hair and it's a detangling session again.
This is my hair after all that, from the looks of it, I'm not losing any hair at all and it's just as thick as it's always been.

So with all that being said, should I have anything to worry about being as I'm not balding or anything? I'm being as gentle as I can with my hair and so are there any recommendations to change what I'm doing?
Thanks!

b) can't tell if you're being rough if you don't give more details in how/how often you handle your hair and what tools you use, what you sleep on etc.
c) shed hair will always get caught up in there, it's not just going to fall off your head
d) if there haven't been any sudden, drastic and/or unexplained changes in hairloss then I'm sure you're fine. :-)
Love: QB - all of it, Bobeam - shampoo bars, Darcy's Botanicals - Pumpkin Seed Conditioner, Coconut Cupuacu Pomade, KBN - Shealoe Leave-in, Oyin - Juices & Berries, Kinky Curly - Knot Today, Ayurvedic treatments, my Denman and the cloud of kinky goodness on my head that I get to play with! :love8:
