Hair supplements?

I have very fine thin hair which is just getting thinner now that I'm in menopause. Just wondering if anyone has had any success using hair supplements?

    Other than biotin, iron if you're low, omega 3's, you are better of using Rogaine 5% once a day. It works, takes time. Low dose of testosterone can really help too.

    Also have your thyroid tested.

    If you're already taking a multivitamin, add Shen Min DHT Blocker, Mt Capra Colostrum & Now Foods NAC(n-Acetyl Cysteine). Make sure your multi has all the B vitamins, including biotin & pantothenic acid.....Give it 90days you should see good results:-)
