New user can't add hair type

HI! I am a new user and while trying to fill out my profile, it wont let me select that I have 3b hair. any ideas as to why? Thanks a ton

Internet explorer. I juts checked my profile and it still isnt on there. also, it wont let me load a picture. It keeps sending me back to the home page. Thanks for all the help. IM not very tech savvy.

Ok, tell me where you are trying to select your hair type? Tell me the exact things you are clicking on. I think I know what's going on, but I need some help to nail it down.

i click on the little square that says 3 b on the edit profile page and it does not light up, change color or anything to show that it has been clicked.

clicking my name and then clicking view public profile. Im not sure if i am just not understanding but thanks so much for helping me through this.

Clicking your name in teal up across the top, to the left?
