Anyone experiencing dry hair with the change of weather?

Lately, since the weather is becoming cooler, my hair is beginning to be a little drier than normal. I started back using coconut oil to seal my ends. I'm also back to doing the baggy method nightly as well. I may start back strictly co washing once it's officially fall

I'm not transitioning and we probably have completely different hair properties but my hair is def a lot more dry. our weather has been dramatically 20 degrees cooler than normal for the last week and a half and it was like a switch went off with my hair.

This is so true... I haven't paid much attention before, but hind- sight is 20/20. I began this journey last year this time and I remember my hair breaking and being less managable! As to not make the same mistakes, what do you ladies recommend for this newbie, 4b/c? What method or regimen should I adopt?

Currently co wash 2x a week, recent Dr. Mircle DC treatment; Aphogee 2 step protein treatment

I've been on a strict CG method. I rarely shampoo my hair with a sulfate-free cleanser, only once a month. I have been cowashing regularly for 2 months. I have seen great results in my scalp. Less dry and moisturized supple hair. I like to mix up a host of different things in a spray bottle as a detangler, scalp reliever, and liquid leave in. This has helped keep my hair soft and tangle free.
