    I'd need a novel.

Here are the ones I can remember off the top of my head:

    Before I was 18:

    1. The Jacksons, obviously when Michael was still alive. It was pre-Thriller.
    2. Prince (I was in high school)

    After age 18:

Al B. Sure, Karen White (they were on the same bill)
    The Time
    Teena Marie
    The Gap Band
    Ronald Isley
    Aretha Franklin
    Wu-Tang
    Common
    Nas
    Lauryn Hill
    Jill Scott
    Erykah Badu
    Mary Wilson
    Ledisi
    Eric Benet
    Stephanie Mills
    Anita Baker
    Sade
    John Legend
One half of New Edition (Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill)
    Maxwell
    Janet Jackson
    A Tribe Called Quest
    Snoop Dogg
    Hall and Oates
    Blondie
    Pat Benetar

Am supposed to see Gladys Knight tomorrow.

Some other artists come to mind, but they're jazz ones that a lot of people haven't heard of. Also, there are some others that I'm forgetting, but I think this list is exhaustive enough.

There's no way I can remember all of the shows, between music festivals and whatnot, but some of the stand-out shows for me are:

    Nirvana
    Jeff Buckley
    Violent Femmes
    Psychedelic Furs
    Thievery Corporation (many times)
Richard Cheese (best live show EVER, hands down)
    Arrested Development
    Les Claypool
    The Roots
    Beastie Boys
    Smashing Pumpkins
    Disco Biscuits
tons of electronic/house music acts and DJs (Sasha, Digweed, etc.)

Hundreds, so I'm not even going to attempt a list. Prior to turning 18, my first concert was a free Billy Ray Cyrus concert because my friend was given tickets and I was the only one who would go with her. Loved Aaron Tippin who opened.

My next concert helped redeem me - TLC, the summer Waterfalls was #1, I think.

Those are three I'd really like to see live. It just hasn't worked out for me to do so yet. Florence and the Machine is another.

I was lucky when I saw Bob Dylan - managed to get third row seats. I guess acoustics were terrible on the sides, but it sounded great where we were. Definitely a highlight concert!

There are many others I'd like to see, more than I could fit in this lifetime. I'd love to see NIN, Foo Fighters and The Cure again for sure. Most of the artists I've seen live, really. I definitely prefer the littler shows which are more about the music and less about the show, and loved that at points Foos especially really tried to give that feeling in a big stadium.

My first ever concert was Peter, Paul & Mary.

My most recent concert was probably Boyz II Men.

I have a long list of ones I've been to & ones I would love to see.

There's some good music listed here. I'm highly impressed with LadyV and Juanab's lists, among many many others.

    Claudine... Ween :) Love them.

Dedachan- Duran Duran/ Psychedelic Furs/Strokes/Arcade Fire... Hello!!

NetG, The Cure :D You're too lucky. My head would explode.

I want to add Kings Of Leon, Florence, and Bjork to my wish list.

I was drug, kicking and screaming, to several bluegrass festivals as a child. I did see and meet Alison Krauss 92 times, before she signed with a record label. She was one of the few that I would turn my Walkman off for. And I swear Dave Matthews Band was at one festival a few years before they became famous.

Also saw 3 lesser known bands that were on The Crow soundtrack and in the movie, several times, at my local bar. Along with several members of The Squirrel Nut Zippers when they were in a band called Sex Police. Really great funk/alternative/brass band, and really good people. They lived in my area, and had many fun house parties.

TNB, I would never judge for Tom Jones. Lol. As long as you don't judge me for seeing John Stamos at a food festival when I was 14.

I have a unused Fleetwood Mac ticket. $115 ticket to be exact. I had a fever of 103 the day of the show and could not move.

You are very welcome. I love concerts too. Most of mine were seen between 93 and 98. I wasn't able to see many for several years due to being back in school and broke as a joke. I've started getting back into it though, slowly. I can't believe how much I missed going to live shows. I'm looking forward to a festival, on a beach, with my oldest nephews next summer.
