High Dew Point Frizz

I live in a very humidity, high dew point area (Louisiana swamp) and have low porosity. My hair is long elbow-length and 2b wavy and iii

I've been CO wash only for a while, but currently looking for a low-poo (see below)

Currently, I use VO5 Blackberry Sage as my CO-wash, or a sulfate-free (but harsh) shampoo and
Tresemme Naturals Vibrantly Smooth as my Conditioner (silicone free. protein free?)
Water/Aqua/Eau, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Stearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Fragrance (Parfum), Caprylyl Glycol, Lauroyl Lysine, Brassica Campestris/Aleurites Fordi Oil Copolymer, Aspartic Acid, Distearyldimonium Chloride, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Benzyl Alcohol, Citric Acid, Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Leaf Extract

I've noticed that protein products build up on my hair and leave it 'stiff', and I've read that silicones are hard to get out without sulfates, so I'm considering getting Renpure Organics Argan Oil Shampoo - as my new low-poo, since it contains Cocamidopropyl Betaine and no sulfates.

Sometimes I use coconut oil as a frizz fighter but it tends to leave my hair crunchy...

Any ideas on a finishing/styling product that is protein-free, silicone-free and anti-humectant?

Aussie instant freeze gel and Pantene curl shaping gels are both silicone, protein and glycerin free. I tried the Pantene gel and liked it although it wasn't a strong hold. I haven't tried the Aussie one, but have read lots of good things about it.

I don't have any good really high dew gel suggestions that fit your requirements, since what worked best for me in 60+ dewpoints was LALSG (protein) raked in before plopping and HETT (water soluble cone) smoothed over /scrunched in after. I do like both AIF and HESMU in dewpoints from 40 to 60's, and HESMU worked really well for me over GFTN (old formula) as a LI last winter.

I did just recently pick up Renpure's Argan Oil Luxurious Shampoo and conditioner a few days ago though. The shampoo left my hair feeling clean but not stripped, and didn't leave my scalp feeling itchy or dry as sulfate shampoos do. I normally ACV rinse once a week, but I used the shampoo for the second time today, just to see how it would do. It did feel slightly drier than last time, but I used more than I did on first use (not on purpose). Still wasn't unacceptable levels of dry, and the matching conditioner left my hair feeling nicely moisturized.
