Defining 4a-4c Curls

Hello All,

I am new to the forum and I need help.

I have a very hard time finding a product that defines my curls, even the ones that are labeled for "thick hair". I have stumbled on Elasta QP Glaze (max hold conditioning shining gel) when slicking down my edges while my hair was still damp. It gave the front of my hair great definition!

I want to use this product to define my entire head, but I am worried about it making my hair feel heavy, clogging my pores, and it possibly not being healthy to use on a regular everyday curl defining basis.

WHAT ARE YOUR VIEWS/ ADVICE/ RECOMMENDATIONS ON THIS????

maybe you'll have more luck posting on the 4c threads. have you tried twists or braids? that might be helpfull for you

my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.

I dont know about the glaze but I've had really good luck with olive oil eco styler with elasta qp feels like silk liquid gel on top. My hair is super thick and dense and nothing else works for me so far.

When you get your moisture levels right your curls will show up on their own. Try the LOC method. I have to recommend curl junkie quick fix!! Best DC I have ever used!! Lastly be patient.
