Here's my recipe, I can't cook either but I can make this.

    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper chopped
1 lb ground meat (can be lean)
1 pkg william chili seasoning mix
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can ranch style beans

    1. Heat pan over med/hi heat
    2. Add onion, bell pepper, and meat, cook until meat is browned.
    3. Drain fat from meat and return to pan.
    4. Add tomatoes and chili seasoning.
    5. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
    6. Add beans, stir, and serve (best if topped with grated cheese).

I hope I wrote this down right -- good luck!

That's just a type/brand of beans. I find them in the groc store next to the other beans. I guess they have a special flavor -- I don't know the exact type of bean.

I would describe them as being a mild chili bean. They're pinto beans with "cowboy" type seasonings. :cowboy:cowboy.gif

I was born to be a pessimist. My blood type is B Negative.
