FRUSRATED. I've tried so many things to stop frizz but my hair is still a frizz ball

I just got it cut 2 wks ago, still frizzy. I've been using a hair mask once a week, then I use leave in conditioner when I do style and have tried everything from Moroccan oil to you name it. I use a HUGE round brush when I blow dry to make it straight but it just looks like a poofy frizzy mess. I have fine / wavyish hair. I'm just so tired of it.

    First, a few questions:
Are you looking to wear your hair straight or wavy?
I know you said you've tried a lot of products- what are you currently using?
Have you considered trying CG or modified CG?

For some immediate help, I would wash with a sulfate shampoo (try to find one that is silicone-free), do a protein treatment (there's a homemade recipe on the 2s forum, or ION Effective Care from Sally's is also a great choice. MorrocanOil's mask that's labeled repairing would also work). Follow this with a good deep conditioner (One n' Only Argan Hydrating Mask, GVP Conditioning Balm from Sally's are great options).

If you want to continue to use silicone products, you need to make sure that you're giving you're hair a good opportunity to absorb lots of moisture. If everything that you use has cones, it doesn't matter if you use a mask once a week, nothing can get through the silicone layer. The products I recommended are all silicone-free, so if you use them following a cone-free sulfate shampoo they should be able to get absorbed into the hair. A good cheap sulfate shampoo choice is Garnier Fructis Pure Clean. It's cone-free and not horribly drying. Another great option if you're willing to spend a little more is Redken Fresh Curls- it's a gentle sulfate that will remove any silicone products from your hair without stripping away the moisture.

At this point I'd just like to be able to wear it so it doesn't look like a frizz ball and unhealthy. Here is what I'm currently using:

Every other day: dove intensive repair poo/ conditioner

    Before I blow dry:
Nexxus - Humectress Luxe Ultimate Moisturizing Leave-In Spray
Then usually some sort of "straightening / anti frizz" product. Which none seem to work.

Once a week (same day): Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo then I use Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Mask.

It looks like most of your products contains silicones, so your hair doesn't get a chance to absorb any of the good stuff you're trying to use. Many on this forum try not to use silicones at all. I still use cones, but I try to be mindful of what else I use to make sure my hair stays healthy.

Although I no longer follow a strict CG routine, I still recommend that every wavy and curly should at least try it. Basically it involves eliminating all sulfate and silicone products from your routine. This allows your hair to soak up the moisture an nutrients it needs to look healthy. There's a ton of info available on the forum about going CG. A few products I can suggest (since I also have hair that is fine in texture):
    VO5 Kiwi Lime for co-washing
Shea Moisture Moisture Retention Shampoo as a low-poo
Tresemme Naturals nourishing Moisture as a rinse-out and leave in
Aussie instant Freeze or Herbal Essences Set Me Up as a gel

Clarify with a silicone-free sulfate shampoo (my vote is the Redken Fresh Curls). Then stick with either co-wash or low-poo. Don't use a regular towel to dry your hair- scrunch out extra water with either a microfiber towel or a t-shirt. Once you apply products, do not touch your hair until it's dry. And if you're blowdrying your hair, use a diffuser attachment to minimize heat damage. These are the basics to get you started and you can definitely make adjustments from here.

Someone also rec'd One n'Only Argan oil poo...would this work as my low poo option? And how often do I use the low poo?

I loved the One n' Only Argan shampoo, but I would avoid it for right now because it does have a silicone in it.

As far as co-wash vs low-poo, that's a personal choice based on how your hair feels. When I first started CG I low-poo'd after every two co-washes. Now I can co-wash almost exclusively and rotate in a gentle sulfate shampoo once a week or so.
