4a frizz help(pics included)
My hair is about an inch or so long, and I want to grow it out a bit longer, but it has little hairs sticking up all over and I'm not sure why.
This is what it looks like dry and brushed down with some leave-in conditioner:


This is what it looks like damp after being rinsed:


No matter whether I comb or brush the hair the little hairs are still there. All over my head. Mocking me.
I tried using shea butter and different creams to try and weigh the hairs down but those didn't help in taming the hairs either.
Is there a product that I should get that would help with the frizz? Am I doing something wrong? What should I do to make my hair look neater and less frizzy?
