I'm new to all this and I was wondering if tea rinses can leave buildup on my scalp? Can CO wash it out? Thanks in advance.

I tried using green tea rinses for build-up a while ago, but they really did nothing for my hair. I'm sorry :(

I've read over at UntamedTressed that the tannins in the tea can sometimes make hair feel rough, like build-up. Perhaps brew the tea less strong?
