my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend

Biotin 5,000 mcg or 5mg. It works well and it's a hair skin and nails vitamin. I notice my face is smooth and soft like baby's bottom. I never had ache problem since 14 but I would have one or two bumps maybe a few ;) and now they are gone. I know that is because of the Biotin because those bumps never went away.

My nails and hair always grew fast or I believed they did. I never measure my hair or anything because I felt it put too much pressure on me and my hair to grow and I would notice the growth naturally anyway..but since my hair is short from transitioning from a mohawk lol I take Biotin to see if it will grow faster and I do notice on my hair and nails it has boosted the hair growth. I think that I will achieve an 1in a month the way it is going.

I also want to try rosemary oil as well. I heard good things. I see a lot of people say it is strong... what do they mean is it like smell or what?

i love rosemary oil, i swear by it. yes, the smell is strong as well, but mostly its cause you cant use too much of it, its like tea tree oil. same ppl cant use it cause it burns their scalps. but if you mix it with other oils then it should be alright.
my rosemary growth mix: half argan oil half evening primrose oil, rosemary, peppermints and vit E oil. i use this every night before bed. its really relaxing and helps with stress as well.

All essential oils are too concentrated to use on their own, they must be diluted in another oil before use.

You could also add fresh rosemary to your favorite oil.

    Cayenne pepper (stimulates)
    Paprika
    Rosemary oil (stimulates)

    No silicones (needs sulfates)
    No brushing
    Wide tooth combs
    Finger detangling
    Less or no heat
    Trims (prevents split ends)
