Unite 7Seconds condition (leave in detangler)

This stuff is amazing. They are not kidding that it will detangle your hair in seven seconds. I think they are selling themselves short if they sell it as "only" a detangler (although we curlies know how important and difficult that can be).

It is somewhat expensive and does have two silicones far down in the ingredient list, but it is still miraculous. I am a curly girl now, but this and my other favorite product "One and Only Argan Oil" from Sally, gave me hair like Eva Mendes in the Pantene commercials. I could blowdry without frizz and get curl from the round brush!! It took forever to dry but it lasted for days...

I air dry now and am a 3a, but I sometimes use my hair's behavior upon mere blowdrying (without any curling iron, flat iron, etc.) as the gold standard to really test what a product is doing to my hair. It always looks pretty good upon air drying but you can see a big difference in how it looks after blowdrying, depending on which product I use.

7SECONDS - UNITE
3A, non-porous, protein-sensitive

So far I like:

Paul Mitchell Super Skinny shampoo and conditioner
Curl Junkie Deep Fix and Curl Rehab
Bonacure Rescue Repair shampoo and conditioner--not sure I like the new formula
L'Oreal sulfate-free shampoos
Ouidad Curl Quencher Shampoo (but not conditioner)

One and Only Argan Oil spiked with some 100% argan oil
MOP Leave-In conditioner
Unite 7Seconds condition (leave in/detangler)

I think the shampoo makes or breaks the entire thing...

They use UNITE products at my salon and I love it too, but stopped using it because of the cones. I had to use a low poo to get it out and it made my hair dry in the end :( I use it and their Shin-a-mist when I straighten my hair it makes it beautiful and sleek.
