Anyone transitioning from heat damaged ?!?

Hey ladys
Iam having a very hard time
Idk Wat to use or Wat to go for lol Iam so lost

I haven been using heat for oh so long :(( and my hair never been this thin it's been fine and med

All the products I used are too heavey

I'm 3c,b
Low/med elasticity
High*porosity
I'm cg but need to loo poo since I
Have fine thin hair n summer
Likes protein ,butters too thick
Oils haven't find one that's light :(

Any tips and products think I should use
Pls help guys thanx

    I used to straighten my hair and right now a still have a few straight ends. Maybe In the summer try using Aussie moist(cowash or li) and winter organix Shea butter(it's thick so u could use it as a dt) hope this helps

    But Aussie Moist Conditioner has a cone in it :(
    Right now Iam using gvpcb :) idk how to keep my hair moisturized :( my hair is thin so it can get weighed down easy idk Wat to used or Wat to do
