Hello! I'm back again. :love5:

Haven't been on here in a good while. How have all my fellow curlies been?! It's summer, my hair's finally back down past my collar bone, I don't need my extensions & I'm going no poo again & I couldn't be happier. :D I have a few questions I just want to get cleared up, I clarified my hair June 7th & I'm now on day 5 of just conditioner. I don't wash my hair everyday, I wash it every other day to once a week. was wondering if I should be washing more often while I'm in the adjustment period? I'm not using anything great right now, just my old bottle of VO5 moisture milks & then I use shimmer lights to tone my hair every two weeks or so. when the VO5 runs out I was planning on picking up triple nutrition unless anyone has a better idea? also I wanted to know if anyone has any tips for swimming? if I should shampoo after or what? I'm not really worrying about my hair this summer because I'm going to be going on vacation a lot & swimming. any advice will be greatly appreciated!
currently using:
5,000 MCG Biotin,
VO5 Moisture Milks
Clairol Shimmer Lights Blonde & Silver CO (once every two weeks)

fine bleached 2a/3b hair that doesn't actually curl, it's just like an S shape that just gets tighter. sometimes some of it curls underneath though. :happy10:

    Sorry I don't have any advice about the swimming, unless it's in the ocean in which case you should just let it air-dry for great beach hair! But I just wanted to tell you that I read a while back that Triple Nutrition had changed their formula and may no longer be CG; does anyone have an update on this?
