Can you train your hair?

Hey Curlies !
I need help .. I just thought about this:

Can you train your hair to a certain curl without heat?
Heres the breakdown of what I mean:
You know how your hair can be trained to be straight if you keep straightening it? Yes?
Well, say if you do Bantu Knots or use FlexiRods alot,
do you think your hair can be trained that way ?

i think it can. maybe nothing really dramatic, but ive trained my hair to sit differently. i change my part, from middle part to the side and that. I do it my french braiding my bangs and sleeping on it, ill do that for a few days n after awhile itll stay there. maybe with a different curl pattern it will be different or not work.....

my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.
    :hello1:
