Did CG help you retain length?

I'm thinking about trying out CG, and was wondering if it helped anyone's hair get longer? Mine grows but breaks and I've tried everything to get it to stop.

Also, on CG can you use coconut oil and olive oil or not?

Yep, you can use both of those oils. And being cg has helped my hair become more elastic and less prone to breakage. Actually my hair doesn't break at all to be honest. It also stays moisturized.
