Suggestions for Blackheads on the nose and cheeks

I have oily skin. I face wash twice a day, use moisutrizer with SPF once a day, and use night cream once a day. I give myself a facial mask once a week. I noticed I have black heads on my nose and upper cheeks, what can I do about those?

Exfoliation is key to getting rid of blackheads. Make sure you use some kind of face scrub several times a week, just not on active breakouts and use a toner daily :)

Try using salicylic acid. The salicylic acid will actually get into the pore. Alpha hydroxy acids don't clean out the pore, they stay on top of the skin.
