Ok I'm officially 100% natural. I transitioned for a year up until a few days ago. Now I'm having a little problem...I'm looking for a hairstyle besides braid outs and twist outs. My hair is shoulder length when it's stretched...HELP and pictures would be greatly appreciated. #TeamNatural

Did you try roller sets(flexi-rods,curl formers, cold wave rods,etc.) Bantu knot outs, updos, twisted and/or braided styles, gurllll you got options if you want I can show some pics of styles I did when my hair was around nl/sl

Congratulations on your big chop!!


Here are some styles that I did when I first BC'd on New Years Eve after transitioning for a year up until as of late:

1. Twist out Afro-puff

2. Curly bangs with knit hat

3. Flat twist with curly fro

4. Fro-hawk

5. Headband with sides pinned back & a flower

Hope you like these styles & they help with some variety for you!

If you are refering to the one with the scarf its in a bun, but you could pin it up,french roll it, or even one big twist
