Bubble Booty Growth!!!!!

Has any one find something that can give you a couple more inches of growth for the boottayy because even though I'm not completely flat in the trunk I would like a little bit more meat in there lol ...

I know they say that there is no magic pill but I want to know have anyone eaten or taken something to make them gain some a$$.....

    Um, I haven't heard of anything you can eat to attain a bubble booty, but you can do squats/lunges to shape it up a bit.

    squats and lunges could actually make it bigger because of the muscle you would gain. Eating foods such as collard greens or other traditional down south foods such as that might have been what u would hear could get your but bigger but you have to remember that if that is going to grow, so will other body parts. The best way to grow a butt it to get it through excercises such as strength training with or without weights. Find moves that target those muscles. You can also look up videos on youtube of how they gain butt mass from their exercises.

    To gain muscle mass, do fewer reps but with more weight/resistance. For booty building exercises, that would mean either adding hand weights to increase resistance, resistance bands, or increasing the the degree of plane i.e. instead doing lunges on the flat floor, do them with a step.
    Tightening and toning slimmer muscles means more reps with lower weight/resistance.

    U do now it's known for it's effect for making breasts big n firm my Sis she breast feeds and she used the oil daily for 1 month n she noticed a difference they became firm, so shez staring to using it on her thighs and behind.

    Eating soul food isn't a sure way to a bigger butt. You can't tell your weight to go to that area. Doing stretches and exercises that target your butt muscles are what can grow your butt. And shedding a few excess pounds from the midsection and thighs can actually help accentuate a booty.

    Lower body weight training with attention to the gleauteal muscles produces a toned rear, the "bubble booty" effect is a combination of muscle build covered with a lean layer of fat (also called a track booty, often times individuals that do extensive sprints and lunges build gluteal muscles as that is one of a few muscle groups you are using to push the body forward while running). So in essence bubble booty= muscle + fat (in the perfect combination). There is no food you can eat, no pill you can take to give you what you seek. I take that back, if you want a larger rear (along with a larger everything else, high BP, high cholesterol and many other health issues) consume junk food and watch your bottom and pants size expand to ridiculous sizes and an eventual decline in ones health.


    Do sprints and lunges, it won't be noticeable right away but after you work out enough you'll get what you're looking for if you were blessed with muscles that are capable of repairing themselves in a manner that causes muscle tissue to grow rather than remain the same.

    When I went to Nigeria on holiday, I stayed at somebody's house and.I was given their standard breakfasts, and dinners... I stayed for about 4weeks, and towards the end i noticed a few body changes. When I was there I literally ONLY ate traditional food. Your body can change without you trying when you have a lifestyle change, and the only change I had there was the food. Plenty of pepper soup, beans, jolof rice, pounded yam etc...
    I noticed my belly going down and butt going out.
    I always mean to go on a "Nigerian diet" but my boyfriend can't cook it, and I sure as hell ain't doing the cooking EVERY day when he has perfectly good hands!

    Lol glad you like the Nigeria food. Yea because the food is organic and in it's purest form, your body actually received the nutrition you need without pesticides and hormone!!! That's how I stay in shape girl, when I get back home from campus like after eating greasy American campus food, I get home and hit my Nigerian food hard and I drop all the pounds I gained while on campus and that's here in the USA and my butt comes back out lol. So true to that statement

    Are you Nigerian?? If yes it would be good that you do your own cooking!!! That boy will never make you food, if he isn't now and the best way to get what you want is make enough and store the rest in the fridge or freezer.

    If you want butt naturally? Try organic food and work around more often putting your muscle to use. The organic food will trim excess fat and put the muscle where they belong and walking or working out will tone it and make your body firmer

    Yea, I'm half Nigerian. He does cook, he cooks most of the time in fact, but he has no idea when it comes to Nigerian food... he's Caribbean and European, so he mainly does that kind of food. I'm African and European, but totally different European to him... I think he just thinks most of "my" food is strange or too spicy and wouldn't know where to begin making it...although he has started on simple things like beans now

    Edit: you know!! Lol, even the take-away food there, like Mr Bigs is decent food, not all these mad foods with all sorts of things added to it that we eat here. That's why Nigerian girls have such nice figures I think, when I went over there, NOBODY had that round shape people have here, even the biggest girls have a shape, not just round lol. That coca-cola bottle shape is just standard there. Puts me to shame lol.

    Lol yea girl I know. I'm going to Nigeria next year summer! And yes that coca cola bottle is a staple shape lol. I understand he finds it weird, lots of my friends find it weird too but I just love it too much lol. At least he's trying better than others who doesn't even want to know!! I give u credit girl

    I need this thread in my life lol. I think you couldn't go wrong working on your health as well as your butt at the same time. There are some people who are lucky enough to gain all weight straight in their booty where as I just look at a donut and blow up in the wrong places. I went vegan and lost a lot of weight and I didn't just lose a lot of my butt but everything else too. I also used to run 4 miles a morning for close to a year but I wouldn't reccomend all of that, I'm pretty thin but I lost cellulite. My butt is smaller now but I think it balanced out with being smaller overall now. I wish we could spot treat lol. Y'all are lucky. :)
