So I have decided to go natural and my last perm was in February of this year. My question is when beginning do you start off co-washing or no?

Hi @FindingmyWay! You can begin co washing your hair at any time. You can use a cheap conditioner or any one of your choice. How often you co wash is up to you and your hair's needs. To co wash use a conditioner that's very moisturizing and that gives your hair a lot of slip. If you're interesting in learning about the conditioner only method, curly girl method, or using sulfate free shampoos, there's other forums and threads on here dedicated to those topics.
