I would recommend an essentual oil make sure to use one that will compliment the smell of cocoa butter. Try stores like bath and body works, or sprouts/ trader joe like stores .... Idk if they have those where ur at but basically whole food grocery stores they will run u about $4-$10. A little goes a long way.

Are you mixing the cocoa butter with any other butters? The only way I've been able to partially mask the smell is to use other butters in the mixture and essentials oils that are fairly strong like sweet orange, peppermint, etc. the other suggestion is to reach out to some of the soap making sites like essential wholesale, they have a live help desk. You can also purchase cocoa butter deodorized which has had some of the chocolate smell removed - check out Texas Natural Supply. Hope that helps.

Let us know how it works. I have a book on essential oils and remembered that it said sweet orange has a very strong scent and to only use a few drops. There are other essential oils with strong scents I don't remember what those are but I can read through the book again tonight if you need additional suggestions.
