Hooray! Update on baking with aluminum pans

I decided to try the non-stick spray route. I found Pam for Baking with Flour. The lazy part of me liked the whole 1 step thing LOL :roll: The cake just slid right out of the pan. I also let it set for the time recommended on a website I found before removing it from the pan. Thanks for the help everyone :D

    I've always wanted to try that stuff but have never bought it. About the letting it sit thing I've found that they come out better if I stick my cakes in the fridge for a little while. But it wounds likeyou don't need any more advice
