interview wardrobe?

I am wearing a navy pantsuit. Do I wear an ivory ribbed sweater that is thin and dressy with it or a wild blue and teal paisley blouse?

PANIC!!!

I know nothing about this company's dress code or culture.

sweater. Unless you know the dress code will be more creative, stick with the conservative and let yourself shine. Best of luck!

I agree. I would go with the sweater. Maybe add a scarf for a little color?

Yeah, definitely go with the sweater. I can't really see wearing a scarf with a suit jacket. But if the dress requirements aren't super formal, a bold necklace could help draw attention to your face (which is a good thing).

It would help if you told us what industry this is.

In the sweater, I looked like me playing dress up. In the wild blouse, I looked more like me. So I took a chance and went with it.

It's a high-end wine distributor. They are a suit environment; everyone there had on a suit.

I got the job 2 hours after the interview ended !!!

Thanks for all the suggestions! I agreed with the sweater until I tried it on. Eilonwy - thanks for the suggestion. Sorry I didn't have time to post photos but one look in the mirror nailed it for me.
