NO <fill in the blank> in February

this is the remix of what we did in nov. feb is the shortest month of the year even with the leap year. what are you going to give up, not do or avoid in february?
- no staying up late (past 11:30?) during the work week
- no taking getting in a funk over mama-drama
- not a no but low, strict low-carb all month! i need to get my weight down in advance of my trip to italy!!!
- no adult movies
- no neglecting my skin care regimen

i did no starbucks when we did this in nov and was very successful. cold turkey worked best. now i make my own coffee at home. yeah me!

it's 1:26 pm, i'm hungry...that cottage cheese with peaches i ate for breakfast has long since left my system.
found some disgusting m&m's in my drawer. someone gave them to me yesterday, but eww, who eats m&m's? (i do apparently, nom, nom)
i'm so hungry. i forgot to bring lunch, i was running late.
there is always the cafeteria....but i must stay strong.
i must not spend....must not spend!
then there's starr....bucks.....ahhh.....if only i could just have one cafe macchiato and some peanut butter cookies.
yes, i'll spend $6, but i didn't have any yesterday, so in fact, i have saved money, right?

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I'm on day 2. The hardest time for me is at/after lunch. I'm really craving a diet soda right now.

someone is eating chick-fil-a french fries....with gravy on top....no, i'm just hallucinating.....i might be dying....of hunger.....just a little more to go before i can leave for home where i'll cook a big dinner.

i actually left my lab to find out where the smell was coming from. funny enough, someone was eating outside my door. the person was eating chick-fil-a fries and teriyaki chicken with rice, hence the gravy smell.
I'm doing good with not spending, hope to keep it up.

For the past two nights I've been getting to bed on time. I like the extra energy I have throughout the day. Hopefully this one sticks.
I broke down and bought two raw food bars at the campus bookstore. I was really hungry! Maybe next week I'll plan my meals so there won't be any room for mid morning bouts of hunger.
