What do I keep my hair wavy all day?

I have 2a wavy hair and sometimes it's 2b but at the end of the day almost all the waves in my hair are gone.

2a, fine-med. text, normal porosity (I think)

Hard hold gel and/or hairspray should keep your waves in tact.

Sort of CG sometimes, but not really
2B, medium? normal porosity and elasticity?
