Does this have protein in it?:dontknow:

I have a jar sitting on my shelf and I wanted to revisit it for some 2 strand twist. When I used it last I wasnt aware that I was protein sensitive so I used it after a conditioner containing protein, so I am not sure if my dryness came from, the combo of both having protein or the conditioner.

I'm protein sensitive and couldn't use the masque. Dried me out, made my hair hard and frizzy over time.

Not sure which ingredient is the culprit but it may be the sea kelp.

I did some research and sea kelp acts as a protein. Anytime it says 'strengthening' or 'repair' , it has some type of protein. I think that line was for dry, damaged hair.

I loved, loved this DT at first, but over time it has become less & less effective, leaving my hair dry & frizzy.

I am not sure which ingredients are problematic, but I'm guessing it's the panthenol, the avocado oil and/or the sea kelp.

The matching SM shampoo also worked wonderfully for me at first, but now dries my hair out. Similar list of suspect ingredients.

Sad, because these products were HG for me, or so I thought.
