Silicones? :(

There is this perfect conditioner I want to try to cowash, but I think it has a silicone. It's called Fairy Tales Detangling Conditioner. Here's the description:
Fairy Tales Detangling Conditioner is a daily conditioner that cleans and moisturizes in just seconds-all with no greasy build up

That sounds awesome to me, a conditioner that doesn't leave build up and that cleans too. However...here are the ingredients:

Water(Aqua),Cetearyl Alcohol,Methyl Gluceth-10,Ceteareth 20,Stearamidopropyl,Dimethylamine,Dicetyldimonium Chloride,Prunus Serotina (Wild Cherry) Bark Extract,Equisetum Arvense(Horsetail)Extract, Hydrastis Canadensis(Golden Seal) Extract, Lawsonia Inermis(Henna) Extract, Anthemis Nobilis(Roman Chamomile) Flower Extract, Calendula Officinalis(Marigold) Flower Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Cyclopentasiloxane, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Panthenol, Phytantriol, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Fragrance(Parfum), Citric acid, Simmondsia Chinensis(Jojoba) Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis(Sweet Almond) Oil, Phenoxyethanol ,Caprylyl Glycol,Sorbic Acid

Is that OK since it's so far down the list? Would it be OK if I clarify once a week? Or should I avoid this altogether?

Thanks!

My kids use this conditioner, usually as a leave-in, it's only OK really, not great. It doesn't seem to build up, they use the Fairy Tales shampoo though.

Thanks for the help! The good news was Fairy Tales had another conditioner that they say won't cause build-up called Rosemary Repel. It's supposed to make hair silky, repels lice, and contains no 'cones :) Yay! Haha.

    Thank you, though!

I think it would be ok if you clarified once a week. Why do you think this is the perfect conditioner for you? I tend to find the descriptions companies write to not be very helpful.. I would trust product reviews from people with hair properties similar to yours more.
