How to keep hair looking good throughout the day?

So, I'm getting really fed up with how my hair looks later on during the day.. I think my hair looks really good in the morning after I take my hair out of my pineapple.. My curls look really nice and not frizzy, and my hair is really voluminous. But throughout the day my hair ends up losing all of that volume and laying flatter.. And my curls fall out a some, and aren't as curly as they were in the morning.. And my hair ends up getting all frizzy too and I'm tired of my hair looking like a mess by the end of the day. :( Even though I use a hard hold gel it still ends up like this.. Is there anything I can do to keep my hair looking how it does in the morning throughout the day? Any product recommendations? Thanks in advance!

i don't really know, but here is what i have been doing -- i am finding that maybe the gel is drying out my hair in low dews, so i've been skipping the gel, and sotc with a sealant. been using jane carter's nourish and shine, and sometimes ss emollience. both work to keep in the moisture.
and, there are times i do not do that and i find my hair looking a little dry, so i've been putting some cj cccc gently over the top layer of my hair, then flipping my head upside down and rubbing my fingers on my scalp to kind of gather the hair to reconnect. most of the time it works really well, the cccc seems to make my curls pop without frizz this way.
you just have to play around with different products, being aware of the dew points outside and inside, and see what works for you.

A simple solution I've found is to lightly dampen my hair occasionally through the day when I've washed my hands. I lightly run my hands over the surface of my hair, then cup the ends in my palms briefly, then I lean over and scrunch my hair. This seems to make a big difference with extremely little effort.
    Peace,

sometimes i put a bit of condish and water through my hair in the morning to refresh my hair, or ill put a bit of oil in and scrunch it in with a bit of water if i need it through out the day :)

my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
