Winter Canopy Issues?? Help!

My canopy is just not happy. I've got stringy, frizzy not well-formed hair there.

Any suggestions?

I'm doing weekly DTs and trying to make sure it's hydrated.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Could it just be overconditioned? I know the B2B is pretty moisturizing on its own + weekly deep treats might be making your too soft?
    3b/a
    Cowash - No Poo
    Conditioner - One Condition
    Gel - Light Defining Gel

Looking to try Devacurl Decadence line next! Can't wait to try it.

Is it real dry where you are?
The few days it's been real dry here I used a curl creme daily to be sure my hair stayed curly.
    2c/3a?
    Low porosity, medium texture.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!

Man, my canopy has been exactly the same! I bet it happened the moment the weather went from 70 to 30 here in New York last week, right?

Yup. My hair's never been the same since that last cut. Usually it only takes a week or two to get back to normal. The weather is yucky. I really dislike winter.

The [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Oyin-Handmade-Whipped-Pudding-p-353.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=oyin-whipped-pudding]Whipped Pudding[/buylink] seems to help a little - my hair feels softer with it.

Hockeymom - I don't think it's overconditioning. It's not that puffy frizzy, it's the dry frizzy. And it's in the spot where my hair is more of a 3c than a 3b.

I'd like to find a nice curl cream, but the good ones seem to be fairly expensive.

Did the cut do the canopy problem or was it all the product they used? I have to no poo [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/DevaCare-Arc-AnGell-p-567.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=devacurl-devacare-arc-angell]arc angel[/buylink] out. I can't seem to just use a co wash. At least not in the winter anyway.
