3c/4a? doesn't really matter. you need to learn your hair's properties (porosity, density, texture).

There are LOTS of threads on porosity, density, and texture and even porosity boards. Just search and you'll find all you need.

Porosity - How easily does your hair wet in the shower?
Density - How much hair do you have on your head?
Texture- Do your hair strands "disappear" between your fingers or do they have a coarse texture.

    Good searching!
3c/4aish, high porosity, fine strands, medium density cottony curls.

There are forums for high, low and normal porosity. I post in lp and Im 4a but there are people of all curl sizes that post there because they are also lp. There are protein craving and protein sensitive forums which have nothing to do with curl size. In fact how much your hair likes protein tends to depend on if you have fine or coarse hair which is not related to curl type. So I cant see how anyone can say hair type is all that people on NC ever discuss.
That said looks like a 3c/4a to me.
Yes, it's real. No, you can't touch it. :wav:
