Least damaging bleach for 3c/4a hair

Can anyone reccomend a brand of hair bleach that is the least damaging? I'm not looking to get my hair white or light blonde, just dark blonde to very light brown. I'm going to ombré my hair with blue manic panic dye, but I need to lighten my ends first.
3c Hair

Blue is a very strict color your hair has to be a certain color blonde for it to come out true blue..if your hair isnt light enough your hair could turn out green...

I don't know what bleach is less damaging the trick is minimizing damage after you bleach...

I use "prism lites- violet with salon care 30 developer"
