Co-wash/RO?

Can someone explane the difference between a co-wash and rinse-out?

With a CO Wash you wash your hair with conditioner, but a RO is just a regular rinse out (RO) conditioner like what we think of doing after shampooing. A RO can sometimes also be used to CO Wash with depending on the ingredients in it. HTH!

Cowash is usually an inexpensive conditioner (under $1) that one uses to "scrub" the scalp. Rinse out is usually a "better" or "richer" conditioner that you leave on for a few minutes while you finish your shower.
