Oh man, that's mine too! I've come a long way in accepting that curly hair is always going to be messy and crazy. But even now when I see a bit of frizz, or a stray hair, or a curl that dried in a weird shape, I go nuts over it. People keep on telling me my 2nd day hair looks so nice, but I just can't believe them, LOL.

Other than that, I want to find an easier and quicker way to manage my hair so I don't have to spend an hour every day blowdrying my hair to get those "perfect" curls.
Hair type: 2b (botticelli), normal porosity, and fine to medium hair
    Co-wash: Suave Naturals conditioner
    Weekly rinse: Apple cider vinegar
    Leave-in: Suave Naturals conditioner
    Styler: L.A. Looks Sport gel
Trying: Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tee shampoo, and rag curls!

Keep on working towards length while keeping my hair healthy. Aiming for BSL. Maybe try some fun things with color, though I'm afraid of damage.

Me too except mine ends in 2015. What length are you shooting for? I'm going for WL at maximum; BSL at minimum by that time. Currently just grazing shoulders when stretched and NL to CBL unstretched. I've got a ways to go but that's why I have a minimum and maximum length goal.

    Also...
    1. Mini trim every 4 months (3 times a year)
    2. Continue to henna consistently (my hair really likes it).
    3. Pretty much keep my 2011 hair care regimen since it's working for me and my hair.
    4. And like you said, keep learning. :happy2:

Ohh ok well good luck :). My first goal is to get my hair WL straight (which would prolly be BSL curly on me) and then My next one will be MBL curly. My friend thinks I should try to grow it WL curly but I think that'll be too much hair for me to handle lol..

    Hair goals

    1. Grow my hair to BSL if possible (I had it shorter for a while...but I like it better long like in my picture!)
    2. Figure out how to wear my hair out comfortably in the summer. (I get overwhelmed by the heat easily (possibly due to my thyroid issue) so I end up tying my hair up, but I prefer the look of my hair down. I just can't bear how hot I end up feeling. :dontknow:)
    3. Start taking fish oil daily - it's supposed to be good for hair!
    4. Try getting my hair cut dry at a different salon.
    5. Find a deep treatment that doesn't weigh my fine low porosity hair down.
    6. Start reviewing more curly hair products/styling tools on my blog.:read2:
