Day 1 of CG: It's AMAZING!

Hey Everyone! I just found this treasure of a website, and quickly learned about the CG method. I did my last sulfate wash last night and bought some CG conditioner, mousse, wide toothed comb and microfiber towel. Well this morning, after just ONE morning on CG, and I've never had so many compliments on my curls! I just wanted to rave about the CG system, and ask if everyone else has had such great results! I'll try to post pics soon to show just how drastic a change it has been.

How are you liking CG? What are some tricks and tips you've picked up along the way that would be helpful?

I'm modified CG but I do love my hair.. no more frizz or dryness .. I have learnt a lot from last year, about reading ingredients what does and doesn't work for my hair.. I don't use silicones and still avoid sulfates like the plague but there has definitely been a difference in how my hair looks and feels..

I agree Weddincurls. I haven't even fully started CG, but did a co-wash yesterday and put a little in for leave-in and voila! I didn't know my curls could ever look like this! So excited to start a full CG routine!
