Anyone has had braids during there transition, if so how do you keep ur hair moisturize

    I actually have braids now, i don't think it's any difference from while i was transitioning.Since it's winter i usually spritz water or a homemade spritz you can also use braid spray then apply an oily yet creamy moisturizer i.e like ors olive oil moisturizer to seal.I cowash or shampoo as needed but the main part is the moisturizing and sealing that helps my hair and a good deep conditioning prior to braiding my hair.HTH

    I have braids in as well and all I do is oil my hair with Vatika coconut oil and black castor oil. I alternate the 2. When I wash my hair I make sure I do a hot oil treatment either with straight olive oil or coconut oil or both. That really helps for moisture.
