Excuse the birdie lol, but I couldn't resist! I feel so good and I was so scared I had heat damage :laughing1:. All those people that laughed at me, oh I can't wait till it grows more. Oh and ladies with thick hair how and the world you get to do those twistouts? On my hair it takes forever (thickkk).

Oh, I was looking for an actual bird! :confused5: Lol! :toothy10:

We have similar wet hair btw! Well, I think so anyway!. I have a photo here somewhere. I'm not new, but nobody replied anyway. :sad11: Maybe it looked bad and no one wanted to say! :laughing2: Edit - Found it! here

Did you transition at all? How do you wear your hair normally and how is the journey going? :)

Ya maybe because we are not the hair guru's :laughing3:, but your hair doesn't look bad girlie at all . I did transition for 5 or 6 months before I BC, but my hair was breaking and crazy dry. May will make it a year since I started this journey. I don't know what kind of hair type I have, but you definitely see little curls and naps. My journey has been going good, I have my up and downs. I finally found some staple products, Shea moisture retention shampoo, organic unrefined shea butter, Jessicurl weekly deep conditioner, and Kinky-Curly-knot today. I am on the fence about Oyin honey dew, but I am on the hunt for a moisturizer that I can use to keep my hair soft and lightwieght throughout the week. I don't know why Coco (my hair) is so expensive :angry3::angry3::angry3:. I did wonder why my hair wasn't as soft last week, I figured it out. 1. I needed a sealant (shea butter) and 2. I clarified with a diluted suave daily clarifying shampoo (strong stuff). So I'm learning! I only do my hair routine once a month, since my hair stays in weave's, so I know it's effective. I don't do anything to my hair underneath, horrible I know:banghead:! I will be trying to wear wigs so my hair can breath, and deep condition once a week.

Oh! I don't think that's the case here! Some 4b/c girls show off their hair often and get appreciation (Cerendipity - I think she's 4b/c). :)
