so my hair has finally jump started its growth after biotin and msm. so my question is: is long hair on black men in a proffesional work setting ok? if so, what are sone acceptable styles? I really don't want to cut my hair. I've invested too much time n money in it.

Hey tdoubled20 - I can only speak from my own personal experience but I have an afro and wear it out to work everyday. I haven't had any problems so far.

As long as it's clean and groomed, I see no problem with it. :)

You could wear it back in a ponytail...a guy at the copy shop wears his like that and its longer than mine! Its like armpit length if he flat ironned but maybe shoulders if he let lis hair down

I'm sure it'll look good..a lot of guys with straight or wavy hair wear it like that and it looks so good reminds me of orlando bloom(from pirates of the caribbean) :D

I just tie my hair back in a low pony tail at work. It almost goes down to the bottom of my shoulder blades when it's loose, and I find it gets in the way a bit. As long as you keep it clean and kempt, it should be fine

Not a vitamin, a chemical compund used as a dietary supplement:

Methylsulfonylmethane - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Some people say it extends the natural growth cycle of the hair, in addition to its prescribed uses.

My husband has hair down to his shoulder blades (it's way longer than mine) and he always wears it in a bun at work.
