So My Upper Ass Is Fine, But The Lower Ass Is Droopy, What Can I Do?

I swear you can split a brick on my upper ass, but my lower is droopy. Is there an exercise to lift my lower ass? I've googled, but I get all the squats/lunges, but they really only address the legs and upper ass.

To make a person feel less than they are because of something inside themselves, be it faith, race, or sexual orientation, is the greatest sin of all."

I appreciate the post, but these are exercises I already do and they are not lifting my butt. Butt exercises seem, to me, to concentrate more on the thighs. Like squats, lunges, etc. Maybe I should do donkey kicks. I don't know. Glad they are working out for you.

My thighs are rock hard like my upper butt. I just need to lift the lower butt. I'm still open to suggestions.

I'm not sure what you are referring to. These are not squats/lunges, etc. I hate those and they never helped. This is not Tammi Lee Webb, there is not one squat or lunge, well ok a little squat in the warmup, but it is nothing.

There are so many "Buns of Steel" workouts that you may have had a different one. This one is taught by a man instead of a woman. Anyway, I actually find it fun.
I got mine from Amazon Marketplace for about $40-45.
