Hello there fellow 3b'ians. How can i get better clumps? my hair is getting decently long and its not really clumping that well with any of the conditioners i use, the gels dont clump either. any tips?

    I don't know if guys can plop, but usually plopping helps. And I've heard the ice queen method is supposed to give you super great clumps. But I'm too scared to take a cold shower :lol:

    Hmmm, cold showers, I might have to try this, and i dont think my hair is quite long enough to plop. haha thanks though

    lol, I didn't think you would be able to. :)

    here's the ice queen method:
    I rake a large amt. of OneC through my hair in the shower, then flip over and scrunch it through until it feels like seaweed and squishes which gets the clumps going. It sits on my hair through the shower routine. I then rinse upside down in cool water and firmly scrunch in a small amt. of OneC

    I think OneC is conditioner, but I'm not sure

    I've found that the IceQueen method actually makes my hair get less clumpy. once you flip your hair right side up it all pulls apart if you have long heavy hair like I do.

    I can get pretty decent clumpage by not rinsing out all of my condish, then gently scrunching in some gel with both hands, finger curling some of the funkier pieces, then carefully draping a tee shirt under my hair so it's not dripping down my back. Air dry and voila. Clumps.
