I use the clarisonic on most of my clients (except for those who have extremely sensitive or inflamed skin). While it's not exactly NECESSARY (you can get the same results from a thorough cleansing and exfoliation)...if you have the money to spend on it I think it's well worth the money IMO. ;-)

If you do a search, you will find a lot of threads on Clarisonic. You may want to put in a few spellings, LOL! It's "Clarisonic," but I can see why you spelled it the way you did--and others may have done that, too.

I have rosecea, sensitive, allergic skin. I bought the Pro last year and use it with a delicate brush and no cleanser, just water (everything I tried was either drying or caused allergic reaction.)

I can't use chemical exfoliation my skin reacts really poorly to it. I thought I liked it and it made my skin feel smoother. When I really think about it, I wouldn't repurchase.

I do recommend you look for other old threads on Clarisonics... there have been many.

My personal experience was extremely negative. I wouldn't recommend it at all, but I recognize that I'm in the minority and that my experience was unusual.

Fun Fact: When you actively avoid being “PC,” you’re not being forward-thinking or unique. You’re buying into systems of oppression that have existed since before you were even born, and you’re keeping those systems in place."

I used to be a big fan of Clarisonic, but...I've moving on. I just wore out my second Clarisonic (regular model) in 6 or 7 years. I am no longer a fan of ANY cordless appliances. Especially ones that cost $200. They just don't last.

The Mia has half the power and half the speed as the regular or plus models, and costs half as much...so I'm thinking it will only last half as long.

I bought the Clarisonic Mia 2 years ago, and I can count on one hand how many times I've used it. I have very sensitive skin, so I used the delicate brush along with it and even with that, my skin reacted very poorly with it. 😔
