Using conditioner to style hair

Ladies,

Yesterday after I washed my hair, I uses Oyin's Honey Hemp conditioner as my deep conditioner/leave-in/styler. I used it before I pin curled my hair when it was dry and misted it with water and another liquid leave in This morning my hair was super soft and silky. I know a lot of conditioners are multi-purpose, but have you ever used them to style your hair when it's dry?

Sometimes I use Vo5 Conditioner because it is so thin that y hair drinks it up and i have nothing to rinse out! Have you tried Vo5?

I haven't seen Vo5 recently in my drug stores. I usually use those two in 1 conditioners that specify if it's for leaving in your hair and conditioning

I would invest in a brand with ingredients that are not harmful on natural black hair. Make sure your conditioner doesn't include mineral oil, petroleum, paraben, silicone. :)
