I use gels mostly. I like the ULTA brand gel, but I feel like I need something with a little more hold. I like KCCC but I need a gel on top usually.

LA Looks Sports is too heavy
HE Totally twisted is not enough
Bella curls is not enough

Any goods recs for something with good hold, but not TOO much like the LA looks?
*Shampoo - Tresemme Naturals (low sulfate) once every week or two.
*Conditioner - DEVA One (used for co-wash too). Yes To Carrots conditioner.

*Other likes - DEVA moisture lock spray, Ducks Clips (spray with gel first), diffuse 30 - 40%.

HESMU spray gel always is one I fall back on & I have fine hair.

Today I used about a quarter size of LALSG then spritz HESMU all over (I don't use LI). I never tried it with LALSG (I'm still experimenting with this gel) & it's working. Something about SMU really reduces my frizz, perfect hold (for me) & I love the smell so much.

I second the Aussie Instant Freeze gel rec. Its my main gel and I love it. Not to hard of a hold, it scrunches out beautifully and I can layer it over anything. I don't use gel on its own but I think I could use it on its own and it would work well. Really cheap too; I buy 2 or 3 tubes whenever I am at Target; they're less than $3 each. Sometimes I can find it on sale for$2 a tube at Walgreens, RiteAid, or CVS but if not the everyday price at Target or Walmart is really reasonable.
That's me with FSG as my styler!!

3b. fine & thick, coarse, dry, medium porosity. Sucks up product and loves ACVs! FSG is my HG!

    Currently using:
Low Poo: TJ's Refresh No Poo: CoWash w/VO-5; Sonoma Soap Company sulfate-free poo
RO: Yes to Cuc; SSC Lavender Condish; Sally GVP LI: Donna Marie Miracle D&C
Style: FSG w/Aussie Instant Freeze & CIAB
